Hi, I’m Jordan Muddle, Therapist and Founder of Brain Bloom Psychotherapy

I’m so happy you are here

Of course you’d like to know more about who you’re planning to be your most vulnerable self with! I practice therapy as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Mississippi (License #C11049) and Oklahoma (License #21124) and hold a Master degree in Social Work from The University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science majoring in Family Life Education from the University of Central Oklahoma. My experience is diversified with a wide variety of populations and settings, including adults with chronic illnesses, children and families living in homelessness, and expecting and postpartum mothers. My colorful resume has deeply influenced my ability to connect with and relate to my clients that present with a multitude of backgrounds and dilemmas. I work with adults for both individual and couples sessions. My specialities include the treatments of trauma, grief, depression, anxiety and panic disorders, borderline personality disorder, women’s health, and eating disorders; however, I do treat a broad range of concerns and mental illness diagnosis. When I’m not working, I like to spend time making fun memories with family, practicing crafty hobbies such as embroidery or floral design, and being outside in nice weather and beautiful scenery. I can’t wait to learn more about you!

Evidence-based frameworks

Methods I use

At Brain Bloom, I utilize a holistic approach with my clients. This means I believe in viewing the client as an individual with influences and experiences rather than only basing treatment off of mental illness diagnosis alone. I do not believe in a “one size fits all” approach to therapy. Because of this, my approach is eclectic and pulls from a variety of evidence based therapeutic modalities including, but not limited to:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

  • Trauma Informed Care

  • Mindfulness and Grounding

  • Gottman Method

All treatment will include evidence-based interventions to treat individuals and couples. This means that any therapeutic approach used in our sessions is backed by science and research.

Creating space for open conversations

A warm and non-judgmental environment

My greatest goal in my role as a therapist is to create a supportive, judgment-free space that allows my clients to find healthy perceptions of themselves and their circumstances in order to find solutions to their issues and reach their goals. All are welcome at Brain Bloom regardless of background, ethnicity, sexuality, or religion. Also, one of the best aspects of online therapy is the ability for clients to be in whatever space makes them feel most comfortable.

Unoffical Mascots

Leo and Louie

Occasionally, you may see a tuft of fur or wagging tail in the background of our sessions. These two goofy boys are my co-workers and have the job title of “Supportive Woofers” at Brain Bloom. They are very HIPAA compliant and keep the best secrets. Pets are always welcome in our online sessions if they provide you comfort. They can serve as a light hearted reprieve from the heavier aspects of therapy if need be, and I love to meet the furry friends in your life!
